Our professional notary is experienced with all types of documents and will meet you at your location to sign and notarize your documents with care and confidentiality.
Our traveling notary can meet you at your residence, workplace, coffee shop, library, etc. We also provide onsite notarization at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, and all senior living, assisted living, rehab and care facilities in Kitsap County.
Upon confirmation of your appointment, we will discuss your specific needs in regards to documents, identification, witnesses, and the type of service requested. We will provide you with a cost estimate and confirm the date, time, and location of the appointment. If you need documents printed prior to the appointment we can also provide that service.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Remote Online (virtual) Notarization is a safe and convenient process which allows you to have your documents notarized from the comfort of your own home or office location.
Our commissioned notary is endorsed by the WA State Department of Licensing to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) and you can rest assured that your documents will be handled with complete confidentiality on a secure, WA State approved RON platform.
RON requires each signer to have a valid form of government-issued photo identification and a US Social Security Number. Each signer will go through a process of ID verification and Knowledge-Based Authentication at the beginning of the online session. Each signer must complete these processes in order to proceed to the online notarization session.
Upon completion of the identity verification the signers and notary will be connected via webcam to e-sign and notarize the documents. The final documents will be available to download at the end of the session.
Loan Signing Services
Our NNA certified Notary Signing Agent has extensive experience with all types of real-estate closings and loan signings. We are available for in-office and out-of-office loan signing appointments and serve all of Kitsap County & beyond.
We work with individuals, as well as local and national Title/Escrow companies and attorneys.
Service includes appointment scheduling/confirmation with signer(s), printing of document packages, professional presentation of the loan package to obtain all required signatures/initials, notarization of all required documents, courier of signed document package for shipping, or to local Title office. High-quality scanned docs available on request.
