1. Services Offered

Precision Notary provides mobile notary services, loan signing services, apostille facilitation, and Remote Online Notarization (RON). We also feature affiliate links to third-party services, including legal document preparation and certified translation services.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.


3. No Legal Advice

Precision Notary is not a law firm, and its representatives are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice or representation. Any legal information provided is general in nature and is not a substitute for legal counsel. Please consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance.


4. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Precision Notary, you agree to provide accurate information and to be present, prepared, and available at the scheduled appointment time.

Appointment Reservations

All appointments reserve time exclusively for the client and are removed from availability for other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide notice as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Precision Notary understands that unexpected situations may arise and strives to be accommodating when advance notice is provided.

Mobile & In-Person Appointments

For mobile and in-person notarization appointments, cancellations made with reasonable notice will generally not be charged a fee. Missed appointments or cancellations made at or after the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a Reserved Appointment / No-Show Fee.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Appointments

Remote Online Notarization appointments require advance preparation and the allocation of dedicated technical resources. Missed appointments (no-shows), or cancellations made shortly before or at the scheduled appointment time, may be charged a non-refundable Reserved Appointment / No-Show Fee.

Fees & Exceptions

No-show and late cancellation fees are non-refundable and may vary based on the type of service scheduled. Precision Notary reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.


5. Affiliate Disclosure

Precision Notary may earn a commission when users click on or purchase through affiliate links to third-party services, including but not limited to document translation services and estate planning tools. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content or services.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials—is the property of Precision Notary or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

Precision Notary strives to provide accurate, professional, and timely services. However, Precision Notary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


8. Changes to Terms

Precision Notary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
